By using Stoq ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Stoq is a personal grocery and pantry tracking tool. It helps you record household stock, predicts when items may run low, and opens your chosen delivery app with a pre-filled search. Stoq does not sell goods, process payments, or fulfil orders — all purchases happen in third-party delivery apps under their own terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and Google account secure.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended personal purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

4. Predictions are estimates

Low-stock predictions ("days left", consumption rate) are estimates based on your usage history. They may be inaccurate. Stoq is not liable for missed reorders, stockouts, or purchasing decisions made using the app.

5. Third-party apps

Links to delivery apps (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.) are for convenience. We don't control those apps; your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Data

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You can delete all your data and account anytime via Settings → Delete all data.
